1 Texas Longhorns Vs 2 Ohio State Buckeyes (-3)
We’re getting a dream matchup right out of the gate as the # 1 Longhorns travel to take on the defending champions at the Horseshoe. The Arch Manning area begins as Texas is out for revenge after last season’s tough College Football Playoff semifinal loss, while the Buckeyes aim to ride last year’s momentum into another title run. A ton of unknown in this matchup on both sides. Brian Hartline has built a reputation as one of the nation’s top recruiters at the wide receiver position for Ohio State, but this will be our first true look at him calling plays as the offensive coordinator paired with highly touted quarterback Julian Sayin. Look for the defenses to reign supreme in this one, with the turnover battle likely deciding the outcome. In the end, Michael Taaffe comes up with a huge turnover for the Longhorns, helping Texas secure a statement win.

8 LSU TIgers Vs 7 Clemson Tigers (-3)
Dabo Swinney and the Clemson faithful are ready to settle the debate once and for all who truly owns the title of 'Death Valley' as this ACC vs. SEC heavyweight clash takes center stage. It’s no secret LSU has stumbled out of the gate in recent years, dropping each of their last five season openers. There will be NFL talent all over the field on Saturday night. The spotlight will be shining on the quarterback clash between Klubnik and Nussmeier, but make no mistake this game will be won and lost in the trenches. LSU’s redshirt sophomore left tackle Tyree Adams faces the biggest test of his young career, tasked with protecting the blind side against Clemson’s explosive edger usher TJ Parker a projected first-round pick. If Adams and the Bayou Bengals’ offensive line can keep Garrett 'Nuss Buss' Nussmeier upright, LSU's explosive wide receiver corps is poised to have a huge night. In a back-and-forth battle, a late touchdown grab from Oklahoma transfer Nic Anderson helps LSU edge out a hard-fought win on the road 30-28. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!

5 Norte Dame Fighting Irish Vs 11 Miami Hurricanes (+2.5)
36 years after their iconic clash, two proud programs reignite an old rivalry Catholics vs. Convicts is back under the primetime lights Monday night. In his Miami debut, Georgia transfer Carson Beck faces the challenge of succeeding former No. 1 pick Cam Ward. A track meet favors the Canes especially with Notre Dame handing the keys to redshirt freshman CJ Carr in his first start. But if Notre Dame’s defense can turn this into a grind-it-out, ugly game and allow their offense to lean on one of the nation’s top running backs, Jeremiah Love, the Irish will be right where they want to be come the 4th quarter. Smash-mouth football prevails as Notre Dame ground-and-pounds their way past the Hurricanes. Look for Virginia Transfer Malachi fields and veteran Jaden Granthouse to make just enough plays for the Fighting Irish to win this one. Norte Dame 20-14.

19 Iowa State Cyclones Vs 21 Kansas State Wildcats (-3.5)
The college football season kicks off with a bang as the only Week 0 matchup on the slate takes center stage and where better than Dublin, Ireland. The Big 12 couldn’t be more wide open and these two teams are firmly in the mix for potential Big 12 Champ ship matchup. A rarity in today’s college football landscape Kansas State quarterback Avery Johnson is back for his second season after setting the school record with 25 passing touchdowns last year. Johnson faces a tough challenge against the Cyclones’ defense, which ranked first nationally last season by allowing just 165.6 passing yards per game helping propel Iowa State to its first-ever 11-win season in program history. That tough Cyclones’ defense lost a ton of productivity however to the transfer portal including leading tackler Jack Sadowsky V. Except a thriller to kickoff the season as Kansas State triumphs over Iowa State 31-28.
